Margaret Nnebuihe Okata, the founder and the CEO of Empower Link Community, has over two decades experience in business management, Level 5 Diploma in social care, and experience in housing and community organizational settings. She is a qualified social worker, has a degree in Social Care; a coach and mentor. Nnebuihe is involved in a number of networks: Widows Empowerment Trust.

Caleb Onumara, a seasoned media professional with decades of experience in marketing and publicity, is a meticulous and dedicated asset to Empower Link Community. A loving father and compassionate humanitarian, he actively participates in charity activities that are striving to uplift and inspire through his positive societal impact.

Callum Lucas leads projects at Empower Link Community with extensive project management and coordination expertise. Passionate about music and involved in charity work from a young age, Callum is committed, selfless, and devoted to the organization's growth and success. Known for his humour and friendly nature, he creates a positive and engaging environment. His dedication and skills ensure the successful implementation of impactful community projects.

Keely Ann Lawrence is a devoted mother of two, a qualified teacher, and the dedicated Director of Operations at ELC. With a deep passion for helping those experiencing homelessness, Keely plays a key role in coordinating the organisation’s services with compassion and precision. Her resourcefulness, warmth, and commitment to making a real difference have made her an invaluable part of ELC’s mission to support those sleeping rough across the UK.
